Nowadays, weddings are personalised affairs where the couple does all they can to put their personal flair and style into their invitations, decor,  food and delightfully artistic and customised cakes.

Enter the bridal party invite, which is just a fabulous and courteous way for the bride and groom-to-be to ask if you would walk the beautiful journey into marriage alongside them.

“And while we’re at it, why don’t we give you a beautiful memento that you’ll always remember to convince you to say yes?” 🙂

What started out as a card design turned into customised gifts for the lucky ladies and gents who were to be this couple’s bridesmaids and groomsmen.
For the guys, a customised hip flask in a custom box and for the girls, an assortment of lovely gifts in a cute box.

I hand-lettered the champagne flutes for the bridesmaids and maid of honor, and put together various gifts with some special ones from the bride.

For the guys, the bride supplied the hip flasks with the question “Be my best/groomsman”.

If I were to receive such a thoughtfully packaged gift with a beautiful card asking for my services as a bridesmaid, I would be honored to say yes!
