I miss the days when writing letters and receiving invitations in the mail was something to look forward to. You could tell who had written you a letter just by looking at the handwriting on the envelope. You could imagine them sitting down at a desk with a pen, choosing the perfect sheet of paper, looking off into the distance as they thought of the first line to write right after “Dear (insert name)”.
